Firewood:
If you would like to order firewood from Bass Lumber you will need to order at least one week before arrival. They only deliver firewood Monday-Friday. The wood will be delivered directly to your cabin. The smallest load they deliver to the cabins is $80 for 1/4 cord. The firewood will be charged to your credit card on file. Note: Delaware County has a year burn ban from March 15-May 15. Some years it has been extended due to wind/weather conditions. We do NOT allow burning on our property during the burn ban. No exceptions!

Cabin Policy:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. If you arrive before 3:00 do not go to the cabin early and do not place your belongings inside the cabin. We will not be responsible for thrown out food or luggage confusion. If you'd like an early check-in please call the rental office at 607-637-5253 and they can advise if a guest is in the cabin immediately before you and when the cabin will be ready for you. The clubhouse cannot approve early check-ins as they don't manage housekeeping. You may have up to 6 people per cabin at the normal rate. It is $25 for each extra person with a maximum of 8 people in a single cabin. All of the cabins are non-smoking; you will be charged $250 if you smoke inside the cabin. Place all furniture back to where it originated before checking out of the cabin. Please take all garbage out to the garbage can located outside your cabin. **There will be a $25-$50 charge for excessive dishes or housekeeping in the cabin.**

Golf Course Policy:
All alcoholic beverages taken onto the Golf Course MUST be purchased from the clubhouse. If your group is found not following this policy you will be blacklisted from renting the cabins. You may have outside purchases at your cabin, but when you are playing on the course you must abide by course rules. No glass bottles are permitted on the course. All garbage and empty cans are to be disposed of properly and not thrown on the golf course.

Golf Cart Policy:
All golf carts must be returned to the clubhouse when you are done golfing. Carts are not permitted to stay at the cabins overnight. The card on file will be charged for any damages to the cart while in your care. We will be recording cart numbers and checking the conditions of the carts when they are returned.
